At MaddoxPay, we do not allow any cancellations by the user/customer (referred to as “You”). Once a transaction is initiated on our Site or Mobile Application, it cannot be cancelled. However, if a transaction fails at the payment gateway or by the operator, the refund will be processed within 7 working days or in accordance with RBI guidelines.
All recharge,Bill Payments etc sales are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number or DTH account number or Bill Number for which you purchase a recharge, along with any charges resulting from these purchases. MaddoxPay is not liable for any incorrect recharge or bill payment made for an incorrect mobile or DTH account number.
If a transaction you performed on our Site or Mobile Application results in a charge to your card or bank account without the delivery of the recharge within 24 hours, you may contact us by emailing our customer service team. Please include the following details in your email: mobile number (or DTH account number), operator name, recharge amount, transaction date, and order number. MaddoxPay will investigate the issue, and if a charge was indeed made without successful delivery of the recharge, a refund will be processed within 7 working days or in accordance with RBI guidelines.
If your transaction used MaddoxPay Wallet as the payment method, the refund will be credited back to your MaddoxPay Wallet. If you used a credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be sent to your original payment method.
MaddoxPay does not have a return policy. As stated in our cancellation policy, we do not allow any cancellations on the MaddoxPay website, Mobile Application, or Web Application. Therefore, we do not offer returns for any transactions made on our platform. Once a transaction is successfully processed, users are not eligible to request a return for the same.
